Willmott Dixon has been appointed by Bolton Council to deliver the £4.5 million Market fitout Bolton & refurbishment scheme. Willmott Dixon has extensive experience with retail and refurbishment projects, with the company delivering more than 30 retail and 110 refurbishment projects in the last five years.
